Sue López is responsible for the management and administration of Mar y Sol Properties. Her role is vital to providing exceptional customer service. Sue’s responsibilities include accounting, transaction coordination, client support, social media management, and the coordination of promotions and advertising. She is an expert in the MLS, the database used by REALTORS®, and assists with sending property listings to clients, scheduling property showings, and gathering essential information.
Sue earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Moravian University. She has worked in administration at Sunshine Biscuits, Waterford Crystal, and Hispanic Research Inc. Sue also holds a real estate license from New Jersey and has been a real estate investor for many years. Along with her husband, Ricardo López, she co-owns Mar y Sol Properties LLC, a company founded with the mission of being different in the real estate industry.
Sue is also skilled in preparing and staging homes for resale. She offers staging services to clients looking to maximize the return on their property sales. Her ability to transform a space into a market-ready home is just one example of how she helps clients achieve the best possible sale price.
